I love how everyone is so offended that Darryl’s on Facebook
@AxxL I saw the comments you keep posting around, it’s really unfortunate that a human being such as yourself (if it’s even true) that you have access to the internet
Y’all are really over reacting to dude just trying to get some views. Y’all need to get jobs.
@XRP Maxi And how does that make you any better?
@38th Meme Time LordHow does not shitting on someone make me better? Is that a real question 🤣
@XRP Maxi I mean, yeah, you’re telling us all to get jobs yet you basically responded to the topic. Don’t you have a job as well?
This dude seemed like the only actual human in this show
@Skimblie is it sport?
@Caleb Mayfield Yeah obviously
Who do you think played Creed Brattom? Creed Bratton did.
@The Teentonist Kevin??
@Skimblie Of course not!…..sport…
Wallace? And the guy who replaces Michael?
I kinda liked the IT guy, he seemed like such a genuinely good guy. The others deserved that little roast.
@ElyC West Robbie
@Daring Darius I wonder how often this happens, because I started in college as a CS major but switched to IT after my 1st semester. I’d just failed a C++ programming course, though the teacher was pretty lousy, impatient, demanding and not at all understanding and more than half of the 20 or so that enrolled had dropped out before the end.
I wound up switching to IT, but a year later aced a Java Programming course with a different professor. Meh, I just wanted to graduate on time with a degree. I’ve been working in software support for the last seven years since graduation so it worked out fine.
I bet Jess would love him
HES IN NEW GIRL!!
@Hercules Baterna wake d s,de feqxa
B. ,,)‘agote una
Everyone asks who is the IT guy, but nobody asks how is the IT guy.
No one cares.
What is the IT Guy?
ill do you one better, why is the IT guy?
@necro arcan same here….story of my life
no one asks the IT guy irl. If there’s no problem, why need an IT guy. If there’s a problem why are you not doing your job
For someone who has been in IT for 14 years as a career, this hits hard. It’s a thankless job.
I can imagine. My condolences
Nerd
My person opinion is that the IT guys are the most important employee you got.
That’s because everyone who works in IT is condescending of non-IT folks.
I mean if you’re ignoring the “thanks” at the end of every engagement then yeah.
IT guy is so nice that his way of exposing Darryl is by telling him that he has a lot of friends. Sport is such a great dude
@Francisco Urenda Listen man
@Francisco Urenda r/whoosh
Its something weird
@Danny Valencia Hey come on man, you cannot take it personally
Man
The only reason Nick was only in the show for a few seconds is because he would be too overpowered.
bruh didn’t u hear, his name is shadow
What the hell is even that!?
nickel??????
Repent to Jesus Christ!!!!
Ongg
“There’s nothing more dangerous than a man who has nothing to lose.”
Is that a reference to SVTFOE?
@RandomOtakuNerd Pretty sure it’s been a quote for a long time before then – although the quote was used again for that show, I believe.
Like The Joker lmao
Why aren’t we talking about the fact that he only exposed people who weren’t being jerk to him in this scene
@Abeede Ahmed Now you know the extent to which your stupidity can affect the world 😉
Repent to Jesus Christ!!!!
@Abeede Ahmed Dwight definitely doesn’t use his work computer for anything personal. Way too much of a rule guy
@Abeede Ahmed This guy’s watched the office
@Abrudegan Fournier I mean…yeah…you are. You’re legally obligated to at least call the cops or notify authorities
The worst thing he said about Darryl was that people wanna be his friend
@Nat nah he was happy on free pretzel days
@Sam G Daryl is a straight man character, so his job is to react closer to how a normal person would. Jim, Pam, Oscar, Toby, Ryan, Stanley and Jan are all variations of this type of character. And as this is a sitcom, they all move further into madness each season.
@Sam G bruh he shows the most character development in the whole series warehouse to running a company w jim he’s easily one of the best
I like how concerned IT Guy was with Darryl not letting anyone be his friend.
@Sam G a criminal?
Does nobody notice that the IT guy is the same one that Pam talked to at the schools career fair about becoming a graphic designer?
@Jovany M no you look at the faces lol, job fair is the first episode, check it out, and check out the cast
there are a lot of reused characters in this. Dwights nephew for instance appears in one of the early seasons as a kid attending his hay-day event
THANK YOU
Yup
Yes, noticed that the other day at the career day event. Seems like a nice Guy!
Creeds line at the beginning is criminally underrated.
Precisely
According to the internet, EVERYTHING is underrated
Dude was just trying to be friendly and “in” with the office people, and they couldn’t give him any respect in return.
Forgot this was a show?
No, they couldn’t. Bummer.
Because he was trying to force himself in, perhaps?
Nobody have to love you or accept into their inner circle, but this guy for some reason though he has the right to vendetta, instead of getting over it, lol.
And the way he got triggered because of Jim calling him “Man” says a lot.
“man” is not necessary means that he forgot the name, it’s a common way of adressing people.
The guy got some ego issues and clearly thinks he’s above the peasants.
@Андрей Вавилин Not sure where the “ego” thing is coming from?
@Андрей Вавилин just saying, IT guys are definitely above office peasants
And that’s coming from me as an office peasant
“I dunno, is it Shadow or Garth? It’s something weird.” – in the UK Office the IT guy was played by Garth Marenghi actor Matthew Holness.
good catch
@Sophia Kotsariadis probably was. There are other nods to the original.
One of the best ever one off comedy performances too.
That’s the lore I wanted to read! Thanks!
@McSpitfire That’s…. literally what OP said.
“We also thought he might have been a terrorist” Oscar silently nodding.
@Hassan Zameer Well, I think we know where you are coming from Hassan. I wonder how people in a muslim country would feel about an IT person names Steve. Yup, think about that.
yes
@Hassan Zameer the joke wasn’t even that sadique was just a Muslim fella because he is not at all a Muslim, it was more on about showing American ignorance that they can’t tell difference between Sikhs and Muslims…
@Hassan Zameer yes it is intentionally racist, just like there are sexist jokes and gay jokes in this show.
@jesuslikedpie i dont know what you’re insinuating but there are so many muslim countries and hardly any of them would have a problem with a white IT guy named nick LMAO. not even war torn ones except for a handful in specific regions where there is tension and conflict obviously.
the way Creed flips the coin and says “It’s angela. Get her boys” is just hilarious lolllll
or should that have been Andrea..
The fact that Darryl doesn’t want any of them to be his facebook friends is so on point LMAO.
@Rose GoIdPray for remembrance, wisdom, and understanding, and then read John.
@Rose GoId You can eat that stuff up but you can’t read the Bible? You must understand that the LORD says your evil suppresses the LORD, and would have to be a fool not to see that, but we are all fools. (Excluding Jesus)
@Repent you can eat that stuff up but you can’t hail Satan? You must understand that the DARK LORD says your ignorance suppresses the DARK LORD, and would have to be a fool not to see that. But we are all fools (especially Jesus)
@AlphaFrog it is now
@Jesus Orosco me the
I don’t know why but I loved the IT guy’s acting. I think he mastered this scene and it cannot be done better than that
FR! he did such a good job
What makes this better is that in a later episode when they’re trying to remember the server password, they refer to him as “Glasses” and not his actual name. Extra bit of insult to injury.
“If the village doesn’t embrace the child, the child will burn down the village” or something
To feel its warmth
