I had to fight for 14 months to get my son back. I faced corruption every step of the way. I just started looking into my and More importantly, my son’s 4th amendment rights. Its incredible that not one person from the Casa to the attorneys, therapist’s, etc. Said anything. I’m putting an outline together to send to any civil rights lawyer that will read it. If the judge is corrupt, then contact the Jurisdiction Commissioner Office from your state or Google how to remove a judge. Fill the form out with your case number from CPS and have the judge be under investigation. Get that same form and make copies and pass it to other victims in that court house so, they can file the same complaint on that corrupt judge. So, that corrupt judge will never be able to practice law ever again. And you can write a petition to have thousands or more to sign and date to have that corrupt judge be removed from their bench to ever practice law ever again.

Mr. Morales could you give me any tips to get my child back, Cpc took my new born son under false assumption and won’t give him back unless I live with a married couple for an “in house safety plan” but due to having my identity stolen my report shows that i have bad credit, now I can’t move into the home in order to get my son back.
