Whistleblowing means blowing a whistle or making a disclosure. i.e. it is an act to disclose the wrongdoing of organisation. The person who does whistleblowing is known as whistleblower.
For good governance and accountable governance, whistleblowing must be protected.
There are two type of whistleblowing.
